How to add part of face A to part of face B, which is most important for matching color tones

Question

I managed to detect faces, crop and paste into a new image. Ever I'm looking for a way to mix the color tone of face A with Face B.

So, if you look at face b, the cropped color tone of the image does not match the color of face B. how can I do this with the maximum match. It would be nice to have an exact solution, however links or approach would be appreciated. I can provide code for cropping and pasting.
