Does the Atom Editor keyboard support function keys? Like f5

I installed keymap.csonwith this entry. In the palette, I see what F5is associated with this command, but clicking F5does not cause it

Yes, Atom supports function keys. Key names are case sensitive, and the name F5is equal f5, note the lowercase "f". The following should work:
