Cherrypy and concurrency

Question

I am using CherryPy to serve a python application through WSGI.

I tried to compare it, but it looks like CherryPy can handle exactly 10 req / sec. No matter what I do.

A simple application with a 3 second pause is built to pinpoint what is happening ... and I can confirm that 10 req / sec has nothing to do with the resources used by the python script.
