Three.js - mixing WebGL and CSS3D with iFrame

I prepared a work page that mixes WebGLand CSS3D(with a little help from SO here ), and it works great. I enter the iframe for a good estimate:

But he lacks the ability to interact with iframes.

In mrdoobs pure CSS3D demo you can even scroll through pages and mark text, etc.

It seems that the combination WebGLin front of the renderer CSS3Dinterferes with the interaction. Is there any way around this?
