JS WooCommerce Verification Question

I have a big problem with my site. I am using the latest version of WooCommerce (2.1.12), but there is a problem with validation. Checkout works if I turn off email notifications for a new order ... But if I turn on these options (WooCommerce - Email - New Order), I get this error in the console:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'reload' of null checkout.min.js?ver=2.1.12:1

I am trying to switch to the default theme, disable all plugins ... Nothing works. Only if I turn off email notifications, but this is not a solution for me :(
