How to implement a call management system for PRI lines

Today I come up with a situation where I need to implement a system where I need to filter out several numbers when I call them. My requirement: I have a primary speed network (Pri) connected to 30 landline telephones. With my research start, I can find several solutions.

  • Telephony Application Programming Interface (TAPI)
  • Microsoft Unified Communications Management
  • Lync 2013
  • Star

I can achieve the above motive by referencing TAPI for a single connection, but still have no idea about the implementation on PRI lines. Asterisk is open source, but to implement this we need tools that are not free. As I am new to this, please give me directions to continue.

The learning curve in this area can be wicked complex, if you do not have a T1 / ISDN background, you can have a long hard choice if you try to write a PRI call yourself in C #.
