Unable to create android alert

Question

Android Wear UI models demonstrate the ability to make this notification on Android Wear, however I cannot find how to do this. I suggested that I have one pending intentional action.

IE: .extend(new NotificationCompat.WearableExtender().addAction(action));

Achieve this, but I can not get this point of view. Does anyone know if there is a special flag that I need to set for this? Thank!

WearableExtender.setContentAction :

Define the action from these notification actions so that it can be clicked with the contents of this notification. This action will no longer be displayed separately from the contents of the notification.
