Are there any Wildfly 8 / Java EE 7 quick-launch archetypes?

Question

I remember that Jboss AS 7 and earlier had accessible maven archetypes that would install maven projects with the appropriate dependencies and specifications, but I cannot find them for Wildfly / Java EE 7.

I found the specifications and instructions on how to manually add them to the project, but I'm wondering if I miss the pre-configured archetypes that exist somewhere.

Also, if there really are no updated archetypes: why not?
