High link using Doctrine \ ORM relationships


I studied the Doctrine \ ORM library , but in parallel, also studying the principles of object-oriented design.

So, I noticed that the relationships of objects in Doctrine \ ORM are created using a direct link to Doctrine\Common\Collections\ArrayCollection, creating a high link between my entity and the library.

How to avoid this? Are there any other ways to do this?
