Convert the white part of the log-spiral image to scatter the graph using MATLAB

Question

I am new to MATLAB and this is the problem I am facing.

I have many spiral RGB images such as a galaxy, a cyclone, a chopped shell, etc., and I'm trying to fit a log spiral onto it. However, the installation accuracy of the spiral that I get is very low, and I need to increase the number of points on the graph to increase the installation accuracy.

EDIT: The input images are similar to the images in the link below (I manually drew a log curve), but made the curve to fit, and it doesn't fit properly.
