Abstract data type vs data type vs data structure, in relation to object-oriented programming

I understand that the data structure is essentially a plan that contains all the information necessary to create the final product in accordance with its specification, and the data type is the physical implementation or implementation of this project (very similar to the difference between genotype and phenotype, from biology) .

When it comes to object-oriented oriented programming, it would be correct to say that an abstract class or interface is a data structure because it contains a set of values and declared behaviors and that a class that implements this abstract class or interface is a data type because is this a concrete manifestation of this behavior?

If so, what about the difference between abstract data types (ADTs) and data types ? Are they really great or is the ADT just colloquially shortened to "data type"?

I ask about this because it seemed to me that these terms are often used interchangeably in a conversation, and this made me wonder if my understanding was wrong.

I am new to the answer to stackoverflow and to such a data structure and discussion of data types, but hopefully this helps. These links did a lot for me in addition to what I was taught:
