QPX Express API: why is Ryanair missing?

Is there a specific reason why Ryanair is not in the QPX Express API results while it appears in a regular Google Flight search? Thanks

I noticed that the QPX API and Ita Software Matrix (from Google) give the same results, not including many companies such as Ryanair.

I asked about Google support.

Answer:

"The API and QPX Express matrix only include tariffs that are served from ATPCO. There are several small carriers and inexpensive carriers that are not recorded. "

When asked by Google whether they think they added these flights to their APIs, the answer was:
