Pausing in VS 2013 gives an error. Parameter cannot be null: parentHierarchy

When I try to pause my work in Visual Studio 2013, it gives the following error:

The value cannot be null. Parameter Name: parentHierarchy

I use the TFS 2012 server on site, and after that I managed to postpone the changes. What can cause this?

I had the same problem with TFS 2013 / Vs 2013. Fixed using Save All command

Reopening the project in my case.

I solved it by deleting the file, registering the project, adding the file to the project and including it again.

Annoying mistake.
