Windows Phone 8.1 How to permanently delete roaming settings?

Question

I saved some data in the ApplicationData.Current.RoamingSettingsfollowing example here http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/apps/xaml/hh700362.aspx . The problem is that after saving the data in RoamingSettings and then deleting the same data using ApplicationData.Current.RoamingSettings.Values.Remove(key)(I checked and there really is no more data), if I delete and reinstall the application on my phone, I deleted the data back to RoamingSettings ...

I tried also ApplicationData.Current.ClearAsync(), which clears everything except after uninstalling and reinstalling the application, the same thing. data returned.
