Question

Crash in UIActionSheet on iOS8beta

I have code that simply displays a UIActionSheet when a button is clicked. but it will work when I create it using Xcode5.1 + iOS8beta in iPad.

below is the code I used to display the UIActionSheet.

UIActionSheet *tmpActionSheet = [[UIActionSheet alloc] initWithTitle:nil
                                                                delegate:self
                                                       cancelButtonTitle:@"Cancel"
                                                  destructiveButtonTitle:nil
                                                       otherButtonTitles:

    [tmpActionSheet showInView:self.view];

Note:
- It works great with Xcode6beta + iOS8beta (iPhone / iPad)
- It works great with Xcode5.1 + iOS8beta (iPhone only)

A log while an exception occurred as shown below.

I also get a crash on the iOS8 finale on the iPad.

This is my easy way:
replace
[actionSheet showFromBarButtonItem:myButton animated:YES];
by
[actionSheet showFromRect:myButton.navBarView.frame inView:self.view animated:YES];
