How to run an Android application written in Red?

When I enter this in Windows CMD ...

red -c -t Android hello.red

... Red displays a file with a name hellowithout a file name extension. If I transfer this file to my Android device, he does not know what to do with it.

If you do not package the executable in the .APK, then for security reasons, Android throws some walls in your path to chmod + x and starts.
