How to add a rule to a selector in Safari 7 Web Inspector?

One of the things I've always loved about the webkit inspector is that you can click on any selector and start adding styles and watching them appear live.

I generally do all my debugging in Chrome, however I need to debug using the iPhone simulator, I noticed that the Safari 7 web inspector does not behave as before.

The problem is that I cannot click on the selector to add / edit styles (for example, in the web inspector for all other browsers ... even IE).

Am I missing something? I could not find the answer by doing a search, and the closest I found the following: How to apply a style rule in Safari Web Inspector?

Here is a screenshot of what I'm doing in Chrome :

If you need to change the value of the CSS sign, for example, you need to adjust the width or margin - use Alt + up / down arrow for step 1px or ALT + Shift + up / down arrow. Or you can simply change the number with the desired number.
