Implementation of the generalized hypergeometric function pFq

Is there an implementation called from C or C ++ that allows us to evaluate a generalized hypergeometric function ? pFq(a1,...,ap; b1,...,bp; x)

I tried GSL and Boost, but I don’t think that a generic function is available in any of these libraries.

I believe that the Arb library, the C library for arithmetic of balls with arbitrary precision with floating point, developed by the creator of mpmath, now provides an implementation .
