Removing focus with ActionBar android Accessibility

I am having some problems implementing accessibility for my application. The focus is always on the action bar, which has the name of the application. I want the first focus to hit the title under the action bar and read the current title of the screen. I could not figure out how to turn off the focus of the action bar. For my textview title, I set android: focusable = "true" android: focusableInTouchMode = "true", and I also requested focus programmatically. But this will not be the first element to help focus. Please tell me how to proceed.
