Wildcard app ID for the Provisioning Profile / "Code Signing ID Not Found"

I am invited as a team member to a developer account. I need to send them a demo application through testflight. I checked inside the list of application identifiers, and no application was created for this purpose. I also can’t create it, because I have only “rights of team members”. However, I can download the IOS Team Provisioning Profile of type Development, which is created with the application id id: Xcode IOS Wildcard (*). Everything is good and pleasant, but when I selected the team from which I am a member of X-Code, he tells me that "There is no identification information about the code signing." If I click Fix, I get the message "Your account already has a valid certificate" and I can cancel and request a new one.

What should I do? Is a swap lookup profile a viable option for creating an archive? What does it mean that I cancel my personal signature and request a new one? Should the owner of the developer account create a new certificate for me? Or what I do not understand about this? Is the signature fully associated with the developer account? Or will I get a new one automatically? Can someone explain in a bit more detail so that I understand correctly?
