Why can't @Value enter a JNDI value from the environment?

I'm having trouble injecting JNDI values ​​from my Tomcat into spring java configuration using annotation @Value, while I have no problem returning values ​​through Environment. We use Java 1.7.0_17, spring 4.0.3 and Tomcat 7.0.52.

I have the context.xmlfollowing variables defined:
