Strange error with rake db: migrate

I was looking for this, and there seems to be nothing on it.

This error occurred while trying to configure the program for my project. Having installed the package in my Gemfile using gem "devise", I launched rails g devise:installand then rails g devise authorize. devise authorize created some db migrations, and after transferring these changes, I got the following:

I have to be on the most recent detainees (3.2.4 according to Gemfile.lock). If the problem is really in the attribute_assignment.rb, and I fix it locally when I push my code to production, won't it just break? Is this a problem someone else has seen before? Is this a problem with Devise or something else? How to fix it?

I don’t even know where to start, but I tried updating the package, I searched for this error on Google for a while, I try different combinations using similar search and research topics, I’m completely lost. I did not find anything. I do not know the true source of the error or anything else. I'm not even sure what I'm looking for.
