Install Angstrom on Beaglebone black

I am new to Beaglebone Black, I install Ubuntu on my Beaglebone Black, which works fine, Now I try to install Angstrom on Beaglebone Black, for this I first upload the Angstrom image "Angstrom-Cloud9-IDE- GNOME-eglibc-ipk-v2012 .12-beaglebone-2013.08.21.img "and then extract it using" 7Zip ", after which I use" Win32 Disk Imager "to copy it to a 16 gigabyte SD card. Now insert my SD card into Beaglebone Black. Then I press the download button, after which I power up using the 5v and 1 Amp adapter. After making sure that all four LEDs are lit, I release the download button. Now the problem is that the installation should be completed in about 45 minutes, and all four LEDs should become stable, but in my case the LED continues to blink. I test it more than four times for more than an hour and a half, after which I remove the power supply and check the Beaglebone board on my desktop monitor, which is surprising that Ubuntu is still there. Therefore, tell me where the problem is.

I also installed Angstrom on BeagleBoard Black. You must follow the derek molloy tutorial. Here is the link to the tutorial

It should boot in 10 seconds. If installed correctly, it will not take 45 minutes to download.

Use this “BBB-eMMC-flasher-2013.09.04” file under BeagleBone Black (eMMC flash) to blink on eMMC
