Can't start jenkins

Question

After loading the plugin, it is impossible to access the Jenkins server. I use windows 7. I tried to start Windows Jenkins manually, but I get the following message:

"Windows could not start the Jenkins service on the local computer. Error 1067: the process terminated unexpectedly"

I also tried running jenkins.exe from the installation directory, but without success. In the error logs, I see the following:

Please take a look at the jenkins.err text file from the .jenkins folder for the actual error.

For me it was related to the JVM . I had to change the value with JAVA_OPTIONS , previously it was a JDK path, so I changed its value to -Xmx512M.
