Why don't two QNX virtual machines in Windows 7 connect through QNet?

Details: two identical QNX 6.5.0 installed on VMware Player under Windows 7 on different computers. In the VMware settings, a network connection is connected.

Each QNX can ping another. To enable QNet, I run this:

mount -T io-pkt /lib/dll/lsm-qnet.so

but QNet is not working. On both machines, /neta folder for yourself appears in the directory . But instead, the folder for another QNX machine is a damaged file without size, owner, permissions or smth else. The file information says "Host is down" or sometimes "No route to host".

PS I have already disabled all antiviruses and all that.
