Full access despite TalkBack / screen reader

Preamble

TalkBack is an accessibility service for Android that helps blind and visually impaired users interact with their devices. This is a screen reader that reads every element of the user interface.

These are great visually impaired people who can use so many different applications that are not specifically adapted. But it does not work for all types of applications. I want to use a widget that handles all touch events, even though TalkBack is active.

VoiceOver is an extension to TalkBack on iOS. Here is the solution for my problem on iOS. VoiceOver Availability in iPhone App on Virtual Musical Instrument

Question

I implemented this solution in my iOS app and it works great. Is there any equivalent for Android / TalkBack?

[mySubView setAccessibilityTraits: UIAccessibilityTraitAllowsDirectInteraction];

Applications that play sound directly by touch should be able to use it with TalkBack. Tool apps, a few games, and apps like mine that make the room accessible for viewing with 3D sound should work with TalkBack. Disabling TalkBack for the non -blind option . It is like turning a screen to view people.

If you think there should be such a feature, please refrain.
