Are IIS7 cache files (mp4 / wmv) used?

We create a video application, the videos will be stored in the file system of the web server, and the content is served by IIS7 (W2K8).

We would like to improve the performance of content delivery and cache video files (as expected, users will only get access to 50 videos per day). Are IIS7 cache files (mp4 / wmv) by default?

If not, is there any way that IIS7 can cache video files?
