Android application at specific dates and times

Is there a way to release an Android app at a specific date and time. The client wants the application to be released at noon tomorrow (I want to send it now and tell the developer console that it should be released at noon tomorrow). I have never seen this before on the developer console, so I wonder if this is possible?

Now you can do "timed publishing" in the Google Play Store when sending updates and when "releasing a new APK" (which, apparently, does not coincide with the publication of your application for the first time). I think you can do timed publishing on the first release of the application for alpha / beta users, although I have not personally tried it.
