The closest equivalent (as far as I know) is the "Select to ..." command. Standard shortcut ⌥ F1, but you can change it in Keymap settings.
To select the current file in the project navigator, an additional one is required ⏎(you can also open it in the Finder or structural view in this way), so it is not exactly the same.
