I have a very long Adobe Business Catalyst web form that I need to split into several pages so that it doesn't look so long. I use the instructions at the following URL to compile it.

The instructions say to create a separate web page for each part of the form, and then link the forms together using a modified action URL.
The form is a membership application form, and the user needs to select the level of membership in the first form using the drop-down menu. They do not pay until the 5th form, which will indicate the credit card information and the amount field. So my question is: if they select the amount in the first form, how can I save this amount to fill in the amount field in the 5th form?
In addition, we request the home address, work address and mailbox address. Each of them will be on a separate page. The problem is that on the last page there will be information for a credit card, and because with Paypal they need the billing address that will be sent. Therefore, after you ask the user about all these addresses, I really do not want to ask for the billing address from above, so there is a way to save, for example, the Work address (on page 3), and then use it to fill out the billing address on page 5? I know that I make the assumption that they want their work address to be the billing address, but I'm not sure how to find out the information in any other way.
