Is there a way to access read_stream Facebook using the latest Facebook viewer app?

I am developing an application for social networks iPhone, in which we have facebook as one of the options. We need to display custom channels, but for this I need permission read_stream.

Unfortunately, our application has not been tested. This is the message we received from the Facebook review team:

This permission is reserved for applications that replicate the Facebook client on platforms that do not have their own client. It can only be used to provide people access to this content.

I don’t understand what exactly I have to do to get this permission. Is there anyone who solved the above question?

Nothing will work out there. The message you received from the Facebook team indicates that you cannot get this permission for the iOS application, because there is already an official Facebook application (the “native client,” they say) available for iOS.
