Reload apache configuration with vagrant puppet

I installed his vagrant machine from https://puphpet.com/# .

Everything was fine until I wanted to change documentroot for apache vhost: docroot in config.yaml

This change does not reload, although I run:

vagrant --provision reload

Just run $ vagrant provision, no need to reboot.
