when I launch the yesod application (built into the cabal sandbox) I get

yesod: yesod-devel/ghcargs.txt: openFile: does not exist (No such file or directory)
I have no idea what is happening - how can I find out? (some options verbosefor yesod?)
I can cabal installapplication (in the sandbox), and then run a binary that does nothing (which I can observe). If I start with strace, I get a lot
