How to view Jenkins server console output on local file system?

Question

I am using the Jenkins Active Directory plugin and am unable to log in after several attempts. The error message says:

If you are a system administrator and suspect this to be a configuration problem, see the server console output for more details.

Where can I find the server console output (on the local file system)?

I assume it is available from Jenkins web pages, but since I cannot log in, it is not so much. I can log in to the server (Windows) where Jenkins is installed - where are they on the server?
