What part of the dragon book is outdated?

I came across this review where the reviewer says:

Given the multiprocessor processors and now the proven success of LH analysis and much more, most of the old dragon series is outdated and modern. The Compiler Design (MCD) is well placed to fill the void, as well as Cooper.

Given that the review is very long and detailed, I assume that he is knowledgeable about the subject. So specifically, in which part of the dragon book is outdated?

(What is LH parsing anyway? I tried searching on the Internet but couldn't find anything suitable. Maybe a typo?)
