What is gcc 4.1.3?

According to the gcc releases page http://www.gnu.org/software/gcc/releases.html , version 4.1.3 does not exist.

However, I saw the version mentioned in different places. (For example, just do a Google search.) I also clearly remember that 4.1.3 is the version I had on the old Ubuntu distribution, and 4.1.3 is the version running in the chroot jail that I still have.

So what 4.1.3? More importantly, how is it different from 4.1.2, and how can I get the source code for 4.1.3 so that I can restore it to my system?
