Automate copying mobile apps from DropBox and install on device

Question

Existing iOS installation procedure: -

• Download binary from Dropbox
• Open the app with iTunes
• Click Install

Existing Android installation procedure: -

• Download binary from Dropbox
• Copy apk to device via USB.
• Go to My Files and the appropriate folder.
• Click on apk and install it.

I want to transfer the .apk (android app) or .ipa (iOS app) application to multiple devices and install it at the same time. How should I do it?
