If there are differences between behavior on Dartium and behavior on Chrome

I am going to develop a web application using a dart.
Is it possible that there are differences between behavior in Dartium and behavior in Chrome (using compiled JavaScript)?
I think that I should develop on Dartium due to debugging, but I am afraid that there may be differences in behavior.
