Why is Windsor Castle Typed Factory registered as a Singleton lifestyle Eliminated?

I have a very strange situation with Castle Windsor, where the factory registered as LifeStyle.Singletonappears at some point. After a couple of hours, I was able to simplify the production case for this passage:
