How do you know which PHP installation path is on the server?
In your terminal, do the following:
which php
http://unixhelp.ed.ac.uk/CGI/man-cgi?which
Running PHP https://php.net/phpinfo should tell you more about PHP, which is currently running your scripts.
<? phpinfo();
At the command prompt, enter
which phpwhereis php
whereis php
