Prevent Tomcat7 Maven plugin loading from registration process

Question

I use the Tomcat7 Maven plugin to deploy the application to a test server in our ongoing integration process. (We use Bamboo) When the plugin starts, it gives the user feedback on the download progress. This is normal at startup on the command line, because it just updates the same line. However, when launched in Bamboo, it writes tons of useless strings giving updates for download. (10,000 lines for an application with 20 MB)

This is not a serious problem, but it really clutters the build logs. Is there a way to make the Tomcat7 Maven plugin not load the log?
