Nuget Package Explorer has not added * .dll (not * .Resources.dll) to links

Question

This seems to be a simple question, but I did not find a clear answer.

After installing the package with the dll in the sample empty wp7 project, everything seems fine (the dependencies are pulled correctly), but the dll itself is not added to the project links. And I do not see the corresponding settings in the Nuget Package Overview.

How can I tell nuget to automatically add lib to links?
