Strange bug with AIR AS3 projector

Question

I am using FlashDevelop trying to build an AIR AS3 Projector project. Basically I just create a new project without code. When I press F5 a cmd popup appears and says:

Starting AIR Debug Launcher...

invalid application descriptor: Unknown namespace: http://ns.adobe.com/air/application/4.0
Press any key to continue. . .

I asked about this on the FlashDevelop forum, and the moderator told me to download the integrated Flex SDK + AIR SDK 4.0 using Tools-> Install Software. I did it, it didn’t help (although maybe this can help in other things).

What's going on here?
