I want to snap the country shape from GeoTools to display it in 3D on the surface of the Earth. GeoTools uses a set of JTS topologies, inside which there are many functions.
Does it include some form of tesselate utility? I see that there is a triangulation package, but I can’t figure out how to use it for shapes with holes.
