How to remove incomplete applications in iTunes connect

Question

For some reason, you have several incomplete applications in iTunes that now want to remove them. These apps are never downloaded to the app store.

Canceled the allocation of all territories for rights and pricing. But why are they still showing “Get ready to download,” and the “Delete” button is not showing?
