How to copy a directory from one Jenkins workspace to another?

I want to copy the full directory (with all subdirectories) from the workspace to job a to another workspace b.

I am trying to use an artifact but cannot find a way to copy all the subdirectories, and there is no way to preserve the directory structure.

To archive archives, use **/*to copy all files in the workspace and subdirectories

For the Copy Artifacts step in another task, you can leave it blank to copy all artifacts, or you can use the syntax again **/*
