Error: cannot start debugging on the server

Question

I designed and developed my site using visual studio 2010 mvc3. I copied my project from my server, and after editing the database server name, I try to start my project. But it shows an error:

Unable to start debugging on the server. The debugger cannot connect to the remote computer. This may be due to the fact that the remote computer does not exit or the firewall may communicate with the remote computer. See Help or Help. "
