How to access configurations from loaded configuration files in layout / view script in Zend Framework 2?

Question

I need / need to manage some settings in ZF1 style and provide a view with information about the current environment.

/config/application.config.php

return array(
    ...
    'module_listener_options' => array(
        ...
        'config_glob_paths' => array('config/autoload/{,*.}{global,local}.php')

/config/autoload/env.local.php

In a general view of the script, I can do this on the controller, since the controllers have access to the service manager and, therefore, to all the configurations I need:
