Why doesn't my fully automated Arch Linux installer work?

I recently worked on a simple fully automatic installer for ArchLinux.

  • I started with a basic system with three sections; who made the boot system.
  • I added LVM and a few more logical partitions; who also worked.
  • Now I'm trying to add LUKS encryption; this does not work.

I want to have LUKS inside LVM for more flexibility. For a single-disk BIOS, this should look something like this:

How about using LVM on top of LUKS instead of another way to use it in your script?
