Android P2P is now called WiFi Direct.

In the Settings panel, select Wi-Fi. You will see a list of Wi-Fi networks, but you want to press the menu button in the lower right corner (vertical ...). This opens a submenu with Wi-Fi Direct as one of the options, select it.
